What is RSS and How Can You Use It?

If you know me and I have trapped you in a conversation about RSS feeds and feed readers at some point… but I didn’t make any sense and sounded like some crazy lady… and you politely smiled and nodded in the hope that I would shut up and talk about something else… maybe this video is much more clear and concise.
