What’s for Dinner?

I tried this recipe for Shrimp and Spinach Curry with some large wild shrimp last night and it was quite tasty.

    That’s pretty much the base recipe for all my red curries, just use chicken/beef/tofu/vegetables as appropriate. My favorite is the classic beef and basil. Toss a few cloves of thin sliced garlic in along with some chopped thai bird chilies (or whatever else you can get here in the wilderness). yum.
