XP Help & Support Sucks

I hate the Windows XP Help & Support Center. I only ever think to pop it open when I’m at my wit’s end trying to fix something… but it is NEVER helpful. In fact, over the course of the eleven years I have used Windows the built in Help has not one time produced a helpful answer. Why bother?
